Saturday 22nd 2007, two days before her birthday, we decided to have a mini-meet in Leeds for some birthday sushi action. Initially we were going to et a huge sushi platter from Sisushi, as Inn gets a yummy 20% off for being a member. But we couldn’t decide which one to get. Did we go all out and get the Deluxe platter with 70 pieces? Or Sushi Party 2 with 78? There were 4 (possibly 5) of us…

We got to Sisushi about half 2, still unsure of which to get. We were getting it take-out, then driving to Kev’s house to eat it, so we spent ages still deciding. I can’t remember who suggested it, but it came up… why only get one? Why not TWO?

A good point. Lindsay was now going to join in so that made it 5 of us, and if we bought 2 platters the price was little different than buying one. Sooo for £12 each we bought 105 pieces of sushi: Sushi Party 2 platter and Zero-Fish platter. It was amazing!

Stop eating fudge.

I finally finished sorting my photos from this holiday so I shall write a little entry about it. I don’t want to stretch it out and write each day in detail, I’ll do an overview.

Got in about 12ish today after 2 weeks in sunny France. Not going to blog each individual day (that would be boring) so once I’m done with all my photos I’ll do a “highlights” entry or something.

Had a really good time though, got to use lots of french and even some german hehe. I love being multilingual. However it is good to be back. I’m absolutely exhausted, I can never sleep on ferries and it was rocking horribly last night. But ooh I got to visit Ukaland (aka Belgium) twice. That was goood.

For what will hopefully not be the last time this year, I’m all packed and set to go to France. However right now i’s just a nice relaxing holiday with my family. Next time it’ll hopefully be me moving there

I got up early and finished packing, and now I’m just sorting out mp3 player and DS lite games, ready for the journey. We’re setting off about 3pm today. driving up to Hull where we get a ferry at 6pm over to Zeebrugge in Belgium. Tomorrow we’re driving down into France, staying at a hotel overnight, then arriving at our destination, Le Pech in the Dordogne, on Saturday afternoon. We’ve been to this particular place a few times in the past, and it’s beautiful.

I get back around the 8th of August. See you then x
